Data Deletion Instructions

At SemperUp, we take your privacy and data control seriously. If you wish to delete your personal data associated with your account, you can follow the instructions below.

Option 1: Request Deletion via Email

You may submit a data deletion request by contacting our support team at:

Email: support@semperup.com

Please include the following details in your request:

• Full name
• Registered email address
• Username (if applicable)
• Reason for data deletion (optional)

We will process your request and confirm once your data has been deleted. This may take up to 7 business days.

Option 2: In-App Account Deletion

If you prefer to delete your data directly through the app:

1. Log in to your SemperUp account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete My Account.
4. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Once deletion is complete, your information will no longer be accessible or recoverable.
